Open Call for Curators

Kiosk Radio is excited to announce an Open Call for emerging and underrepresented curators as part of the TMLAB platform. We invite individuals, labels, and collectives to apply for this unique opportunity to develop their curatorial practice and gain hands-on experience within our team and vibrant community.

About TMLAB:

TMLAB is a European platform aimed at supporting and empowering emerging artists from underrepresented communities across Europe. Spanning cities like Athens, Turin, Madrid, Lyon, and Brussels, it focuses on providing opportunities for artists and curators from diverse backgrounds to grow and develop their careers. The project encourages reclaiming narratives and challenging historical structures in the music industry. Through live events, tours, and radio shows, TMLAB showcases the ever-evolving music scenes across Europe, while also challenging existing inequalities in the music landscape.

Key partners include Stegi Radio (Greece), C2C Festival (Italy), Kiosk Radio (Belgium), Arty Farty (France), and La Casa Encendida (Spain). TMLAB is co-funded by the European Union.

What We Offer:

  • Traineeship & job shadowing at Kiosk Radio, providing valuable insights and mentorship from our team.

  • Curatorial opportunity to programme the opening night of Woodblocks Festival 2025.

  • A contribution of 3.000 Euros to support your work and vision.

Who Can Apply:

We welcome applications from Belgian-based emerging and underrepresented curators, whether you work independently or as part of a label or collective. Please note that if you are applying as part of an institution, a maximum of two individuals can apply and benefit from this open call.
