Umberto Beccaria (live)

Umberto Beccaria brings his first experimental/spoken word EP, "may the light paint bridges", to KIOSK RADIO for its first full live performance. An oneiric experience built on distorted voices, otherworldly sounds and evocative texts. The title is taken from a line by the Mexican poet Mario Santiago Papasquiaro, who is one of the main influences on this work, and who ignited in Umberto the desire to write poetry about life, death, and the central theme of his experience in the classical music field: the difficulties of fighting alone against a completely corrupted system.
