RELIEF w/ Céline Gillain

RELIEF weaves together sounds and music from different sources and statuses - poetry, summer hits, field recordings, beats of all sorts. It explores (a)synchronicities and flow, shaping a narrative that is, quite literally, in relief. RELIEF plays on the word's double meaning, in French and English: on one hand, relief as what rises from a surface - the sound wave as landscape; on the other, relief as the release that follows great stress.
