Nonchalance Calculée w/ Caya Rosa van Rossum

Caya Rosa creates with trash, tape, and language. In her latest essay, "Mijn Geliefde Luidheid" (My Beloved Loudness), she explores how sound can occupy space. Naturally, both the research and the writing were accompanied by the creation of (a lot of) (loud) sound. The noise essay she will be sharing at Kiosk is one of the results of this. Programs, sounds, performances, events, essays, prosaic poetry, and poetic prose emerge. Previously, she organized Poëzie op Plaats, published with Kluger Hans, created literary installations with the collective TAST, and performed at the Rave voor de Rafelranden, among other venues. Sometimes something flows, and often something breaks — collectivity is always at the center.
