Outsiders: Invisible City w/ Olekhar

Olekhar is a Toronto-based Ukrainian DJ and producer, fka Alexander Harris. A dedicated record collector, his work is grounded in vinyl culture and long-form musical storytelling. His sets prioritize patience, groove and atmosphere, allowing sound to unfold gradually rather than chase peak moments. He is the founder of Afalinas Records, a vinyl-focused imprint shaped by this approach.

"This vinyl-only mix centers on records primarily released between 1994 and 1998, with a few outliers from 1991 and the early 2000s. Working within a steady 96–97 BPM range, it explores the intersection of downtempo, trip-hop and groove-oriented club music of that period. Rather than revisiting well-known classics, the mix draws from years of record digging, bringing forward lesser-known releases that continue to feel relevant."
