Liew Niyomkarn is a sound artist and composer working between Bangkok and Brussels. Rooted in experimental sound practice, she explores repetition, resonance, and harmonic spectra through acoustic string instruments such as zither and lyre, often developing her own tuning systems. Blending these with field recordings, her work unfolds slowly, emphasizing polyphony, memory, and the subtle decay of sound in live performances and installations.
