Blissful experimental lunch break w/ Manuel Carbone
The selection opens with early electroacoustic compositions and gradually moves toward ambient and experimental electronica, from established artists to lesser-known experimentalists. A blend of meditative moods, subtle textures, and occasional abstract beats. Manuel Carbone is an Italian sound experimentalist and noise artist from Naples, based in Berlin. His work draws on acousmatic music, embracing errors, glitches, and distortions as compositional elements. Using found and synthesized sounds, field recordings, and cassette loops, he explores themes of memory, recollection, and hauntology.
