Vincen Beeckman is an artist and documentary photographer whose work centers on creating connections and fostering interactions. He builds relationships with the people he photographs — often individuals whose lives differ greatly from his own — who frequently become co-creators of his projects.
Since 2024, he has collaborated with Samusocial on shared notebooks with people experiencing homelessness, developing a collective body of work where images are reimagined through collage, drawing, and other creative gestures.
As part of the partnership between KANAL – Centre Pompidou and Kiosk Radio, Beeckman and the participants invite listeners on a sonic and musical drift through Brussels — raw life stories, spoken words, and playlists collected from the city’s hidden corners by members of the Samusocial community.
