Janoya is a Paris-based trumpeter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer blending jazz, funk, boom bap, and drum & bass. Founder of the quintet Fungi, with whom he released two acclaimed records, he has also collaborated with Bonnie Banane. His self-produced debut EP La Source (2023) reflects his wide influences - from Gil Evans to OutKast - and reveals both sides of his craft: jazzman and producer.
