Buatoma and Apinti, aka buapinti, met through music and continue to grow through a powerful sonic dialogue. Apinti plays high-energy sets shaped by Black artists and innovators, creating space for both community and solitude as a neurodivergent artist. Buatoma, a Swiss/Burkinabé producer and DJ based in Bern, blends West African-influenced rhythms with breakbeats, trap, afrobeats, and experimental sounds. Together, they run sutura on TRNSTN Radio, connecting DJs across borders. This summer, they’re making a pit stop in Brussels to explore new soundscapes and connections.
