Sambal Petai Tempoyak
1 bowl of tempoyak (fermented durian) 15 birds-eye chillies 4-5 shallots 1-2 garlic cloves 1 piece of thinly sliced turmeric leaf 1 tsp boomz ½ bowl of petai beans 2 spoons of belacan 1 set of big speakers
STEPS: 1. Toast all ingredients except the petai beans and tempoyak 2. Pound all ingredient and add the petai beans 3. Serve with a warm bowl of rice, fried catfish and share with friends.
