DJ, writer and performance artist based in Paris, VoltFace builds a sound populated by familiar figures and scaffoldings leading to well-known places. She creates compositions where everything is conveyed through implication. Travelling from boudoirs to teenage camps, she invokes the precarious line between maturity and naivety, weariness and desire. Oscillating from moments of wander to rhythms of panic, she creates her mixes as she would create a play, peeled through acts and changes of scenery.
