UBALDO

Ubaldo is the alias of Andreu G. Serra, a Catalan multi-instrumentalist and sound artist from the Delta de l'Ebre, now based in London. For over twelve years, he's been quietly carving out a singular path across Europe's experimental fringes, amassing a rich and restless discography that blurs the lines between lo-fi intimacy and raw noise. His music—rooted in what he calls "napcore"—finds poetry in feedback, trembling guitars, and half-buried whispers, always searching for transcendence in the everyday. He channels this vision through a constellation of projects: the guitar dialogues of Or Sobre Blau, the shape-shifting collaborations of The Clothes, and the trumpet-driven free-improv force of Cunningham / Volt / Serra. Beyond his own work, he runs l'Aigua, a do-it-together platform that invites others into the process of collective creation. Across records, tours, and collaborations, Ubaldo builds fragile, atmospheric worlds that linger long after the last note fades.
