মm. (read: mwo, just like the bangla alphabet) is a DJ, curator and community organizer based in Dhaka & Vienna. They play with percussions, rhythms, bass, and drama to tease out experiences of time and energies. They work predominantly with genres, styles and rhythms of the global South and Black Atlantic to perform sonologies of collaborative music histories across the larger regions and its diasporas in metropoles of elsewhere. They curate and mix along movements of sounds, diasporic collaborations and hybridity, brought together with nostalgia, collective memories and embodied cultures of music and dance.
