Luke M de Zilva

Visiting from Sydney, AU to present a program dedicated to experimental and outsider songwriters and composers exploring interesting musical territories. Luke M de Zilva is an avant-whatever songwriter and experimental composer, and the presenter of "Surfacing" on fbi.radio. He has performed at, and created works for, the likes of Dark Mofo, the Art Gallery of NSW, NTS Radio, Sydney Festival, Phoenix Central Park, GöteborgsOperans Danskompani and the University of Technology amongst other Australian and international programs. Luke also presents live mixes of mostly Australian musicians, collating, sampling and abstracting their work to create a series of new ‘collaborations’ between the featured artists.
