Helia Kiani

Helia Kiani (born 2001, Iran) is a France-based composer, pianist, and DJ whose musical journey began in childhood, shaped by her father’s eclectic archive of vinyl and cassettes. She later pursued composition at the Tehran University of Art, creating works for piano, ensemble, and orchestra while exploring conducting and orchestration. Drawn to the shared languages of sound and expression, she eventually expanded her studies into linguistics — a shift that paved her path toward electronic music.

Today, Helia sees herself as a music curator rather than a conventional DJ. Her sets move beyond strict genre labels, though they gravitate toward Hypnotic Techno. She aims to craft immersive, collective experiences where music becomes a living language of movement, presence, and human connection.
