Aleksandra Marr is the alias of Aleksandra Maricic, a Vienna-based radio host, selector and promoter whose work thrives on creating soulful, intimate atmospheres. She currently holds residency at Radio Tempo Não Pára in Amsterdam. Aleksandra’s selection defies easy categorization. Exploratory and composed with exceptional sensibility for harmony and ambience, it consistently brings seemingly disparate musical styles into an intimate dialogue. Her signature lies in this ability to balance contrasts—the uplifting and the melancholic, the stripped-down and the embellished, always looking for soulfulness in places where few others might expect to find it. Her performances have been featured at a wide range of acclaimed festivals. Her latest project, Between Us, extends this ethos into a combined radio series and event platform, created with the aim of fostering more intimate spaces for soulful music.
